Ok, so this isn’t literally what I read in The State the morning, but look for yourself:
Does anyone else find this dynamic strange? The calm man? The two attacking women? How exactly are women supposed to disagree with a man without being painted as reactionaries?
No doubt the debate felt historic both in terms of gender and race. If elected, either Bossi or Dickerson would be South Carolina’s first female U.S. senators; Dickerson or Scott would be the first African-American elected to statewide office since Reconstruction. We get it. But let's avoid stereotypes, shall we?
