In late October Arizona proposed a new law, which would give employers the power to require women to show proof that they are using their prescribed birth control for non-sexual reasons. This controversial bill was authored by Majority Whip Debbie Lesko and endorsed by a Senate Judiciary committee with a vote of 6-2.
